BASIC MONTHLY REPORTING
Our Tier 1 Marketing Plan is for the DIY property owner who wants to receive a basic monthly report to keep an eye on their traffic, bookings, and other website and social engagement services they use for their business. They will receive the basic Think Discovery Report and also will have access to ThinkAcademy where they are welcome to bring questions they may have regarding their DIY work they are doing in marketing the property. They also receive access to the Think Email Marketing Module to be able to keep in communication with their past guests.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 Marketing Plans
STANDARD AND PREMIUM SERVICES
On our Tier 2 and Tier 3 Marketing Plans you will work with a dedicated marketing specialist who produces, reviews, and electronically transmits a customized report, including comprehensive recommendations and marketing trends that may be affecting your business. Your marketing specialist will also meet with you on a monthly basis, providing and monitoring the most critical action items for your business.
Your dedicated marketing specialist will monitor your ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for every marketing dollar you spend and help you understand how it contributes to your revenue. We review this information with you during a monthly 1-on-1 meeting.
We offer a unique, hands-on approach to help property owners monitor their ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), revenue, online presence and placement, and much more.
You already know how dynamic online marketing can be; the rules change frequently. However, by tracking your stats and organic placement each month, we can watch for shifts in how search engines view your website, and ensure that your site’s visibility, traffic, and revenue remain strong.
If you choose Tier 2 your marketing specialist will provide you with guidance on things you will want to accomplish between monthly calls to grow your business.
If you choose Tier 3 your marketing specialist will spend additional time assisting you during the month accomplishing the items needing completed between monthly calls.
Our Performance Report will give you an overview of the health of your website and online presence, and total revenue earned during the previous month. A monthly report consists of a Custom Performance Report and additional Revenue Tracker information including but not limited to RevPar and Pace Reporting.
Monthly Call
INCLUDED IN TIER 2 AND TIER 3
The monthly strategy call with your marketing specialist is where you will be given tools and actionable items to increase your revenue. This is a personalized call designed to develop a strategy for your business. Typically, during the strategy call, your marketing specialist will briefly go over the current month’s Digital Report and make you aware of any open action items that need to be addressed. The bulk of the call will be spent talking about the current marketing efforts you are employing, and checking the effectiveness of those tactics by reviewing data in the Performance Report to see how much revenue has been generated and how many sessions have come to your website as a result of these efforts. These statistics can help us determine how well each marketing effort is working, and allow us to make suggestions for any adjustments that might help to increase their effectiveness. During this call, your marketing specialist will also talk with you about areas for future growth. These might include: OTA strategy, yield management, targeted newsletters, specials and packages, pay-per-click campaigns, and much more. This call will also allow time for your questions. When you schedule the meeting, you can let your marketing specialist know which topics you will want to address, what help you might need, and any questions you may have. This call is where information moves from numbers and data to actionable items that can impact your business.
PPC Setup and Monitoring

We will set up a custom pay-per-click account with Google and/or Bing tailored to your specific needs and business goals. Once the program is live, we will conduct an initial check to ensure that your campaigns are performing well, verifying key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR) and ad positions.
Through ongoing pay-per-click monitoring, we will continuously optimize your campaigns by adjusting bids, reviewing and refining ad content, and testing new strategies to ensure you’re getting the best possible return on your monthly ad spend. Our goal is to maximize the effectiveness of your campaigns, ensuring that each dollar is being used efficiently to drive quality traffic and generate conversions.
Please note that the PPC program cost covers the management and optimization of your campaigns, but does not include the actual ad spend, which will be billed directly by Google or Bing.
