For properties located in Belize that have the ThinkReservations property management system, there is a report called "Belize Tourism Board Guest Registration Form." This allows your property to download all required guest data from ThinkReservations, export it to Excel, and import it into the BTB portal once per month.
This streamlines your operations by saving your staff time entering guest information one by one on the BTB portal.

Getting started...
1. Add the application from the Marketplace
Navigate to Settings > Marketplace
Find the Belize Tourism Board application and click "Learn More."
Choose "Add Application" at the top left
2. Open the report
Navigate to Reports in the menu
Find the "BTB Guest Registration Form" report at the bottom of the left-hand list
Select your desired dates, click Generate to run the report, then click Export to download the report to your computer.
NOTE: The report will automatically convert to Belize Dollars when generated.
Open and review the data. DELETE the header row and SAVE. (BTB wants the report to start with the first row of guest data)
3. Log in to your BTB Portal
On the Left navigation, under Guest Registration, select “Add Registration.”
Click “Upload Import File”
In the center of the screen, Drop Files or click there to upload a file
Click “Upload Now” at the bottom of the screen
Please double check the BTB imported your file successfully
4. You're all set!
Your BTB account can be updated with the downloaded data!
