Intended Use and Functionality

Files stored in the Media Library can be used in several areas of ThinkReservations, including:

  • ThinkWeb Customer websites – Display images such as property photos, logos, or promotional graphics

  • Email templates – Insert images for automated or manual emails

  • Gift certificate footers – Add logos or branding elements to printed or emailed gift certificates

Supported File Types

The Media Library is intended for:

  • Image files (such as logos and photos)

  • Document files (such as PDFs or informational documents)

These files are optimized for use in customer-facing content and communications.

Organizing Files with Folders

To keep your Media Library organized, you can create folders to group related files together. For example, you might create folders for:

  • Gift certificate assets

  • Seasonal or promotional materials

Folders make it easier to locate files quickly, especially as your library grows.
