This option is designed to be the simplest and fastest way to complete Enhanced Email Configuration so you can begin using ThinkMarketing’s Email Marketing module or simply take advantage of the benefits Enhanced Email brings to your business.
In a nutshell: Simply give analytics@thinkreservations.com access to your domain host, let us know when that is done, and our team will take it from there.
What this option includes
When you choose this option, the ThinkReservations team will:
Add the required CNAME records to your domain
Update or confirm your SPF record
Verify and test the configuration
Notify you when everything is complete
Most setups are completed quickly once access is provided.
What access we need (and what we don’t)
We only need temporary DNS access to your domain host.
This means:
Access to manage DNS records (CNAME and TXT)
We do not need:
Access to your website content
Access to email inboxes
Access to billing or account ownership details
You may grant temporary access and remove it once setup is complete.
How to identify your domain host
It’s very common for the following to be managed by different companies:
Your domain (DNS records)
This company hosts your web address, like examplehotel.com.
Your website
This company hosts your web content and photos that make up your site.
Your email service
This company hosts your email service and mailboxes for that domain.
Even though they all use the same “.com” domain, they may not be hosted in the same place.
To find your domain host, try one of these options:
Check where you purchased or renew your domain
Common examples: GoDaddy, Google Domains, Namecheap, Network Solutions, and Cloudflare)
Look for domain renewal or invoice emails
Ask your web designer, IT provider, or marketing agency who manages your DNS
If you’re unsure, that’s okay. Let us know what you do know (for example, “our website is on Squarespace” or “we use Google Workspace for email”), and we can usually help point you in the right direction.

Reply to the Enhanced Email Configuration email or send us a message to let us know you’d like us to handle the setup for you.
Share access to your domain host with our team. Use the email address
analytics@thinkreservations.com. This way, you don't have to share your username and password.We’ll complete the setup and notify you when it’s finished.
