What the Integration Does
The ThinkReservations ↔ DIAMO integration connects the two systems so customers don’t have to manage their pricing & minimum stay requirement in isolation. In broad strokes:
DIAMO fetches reservation, occupancy, restrictions, and rate data from ThinkReservations every hour.
DIAMO analyzes that data alongside market and competitor signals.
DIAMO sends rate recommendations & minimum stay requirements back, which automatically updates rates and restrictions in ThinkReservations.

Once you're ready to connect DIAMO with ThinkReservations, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Add DIAMO application within ThinkReservations
In ThinkReservations, navigate to Settings
Click on Marketplace on the left-hand menu
Find DIAMO and click Learn More
Choose "Add Application" at the top left
You will be redirected to the DIAMO settings page, but you can navigate here in the future in the left-hand menu within Settings.
Now, open your DIAMO account in another tab and follow the steps below
Step 2: Connect DIAMO with ThinkReservations
Log in to DIAMO.
Navigate to Account Settings >> 'Connect PMS' tab. Search for 'ThinkReservations'
Click on ‘Connect to ThinkReservations’
You will be taken to ThinkReservations where you will be directed to grant the necessary permissions. Click 'Accept'.
Once completed, you will be redirected back to the onboarding page and will be asked to select the property to be connected from the dropdown. Select the property.
Click on 'Connect'.
Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices
In the Connect PMS tab, configure which ThinkReservations rate type DIAMO reads from and pushes prices to.
Choose one of:
Same rate type for all room types — select the rate type from the dropdown.
Different rate types per room type — assign a rate type to each room type.
Click Save Configuration. You can change this anytime via Change Configuration.
Finish the rest of the onboarding to get your account ready: Base room type setup, Competitor selection, Season & event configuration & Billing.
Step 4: Reviewing & Syncing Prices
Once the onboarding steps above are complete, review the prices DIAMO has generated for your property in the Pricing Calendar. From there, DIAMO keeps ThinkReservations in sync automatically — pushing changes hourly and running a full sync across the next 365 days once every 24 hours — writing prices directly to the rate type(s) you connected.
Important information to know before you sync pricing
DIAMO changes the pricing directly in your ThinkReservations account.
Back up your pricing for each rate type you connect:
Settings > Rate Types > Click on a base rate
Click Rates & Restrictions
Click Download
Expand the date range as needed and click Download
Repeat for any other base rates
From this point, management of your integration primarily occurs within DIAMO. Their team will work with you to configure your account appropriately for your needs
Please note:
You may need to edit your rate types in ThinkReservations, for instance removing any Yield Management plans since DIAMO will replace them with their advanced logic.
Managing Minimum Stay
In DIAMO, go to Preferences → Restrictions and enable Minimum Stay.
Choose the enforcement type DIAMO manages:
On arrival — evaluated on the check-in day.
Stay-through — applies to every night of the stay.
Set the property default by Weekdays / Weekends or Day of Week, then layer overrides by Season, Event, and Calendar dates.
DIAMO resolves these with the hierarchy: Calendar override › Event › Season › Property default, and keeps the result in sync with your prices. It applies to all managed room types and rate plans.
Important Note on DIAMO Restrictions: DIAMO supports both minimum-stay types for ThinkReservations — Minimum Stay on Arrival and Minimum Stay Through. In DIAMO’s Minimum Stay settings, you choose which type DIAMO manages for your property and DIAMO pushes restrictions using that type only:
Select Stay Through → DIAMO sends Minimum Stay Through restrictions.
Select On Arrival → DIAMO sends Minimum Stay on Arrival restrictions.
DIAMO applies only the type you’ve selected and does not convert restrictions to the other type.
