Why does my calendar not work on my iPhone or iPad?
Why does my calendar not work on my iPhone or iPad?
Updated over a week ago

When you are using the Private Browsing Mode on Safari - no data is saved, no passwords are remembered, and certain web elements are blocked. This means that your calendar will not load, and you will need to enter your password each time you access it.

When using ThinkReservations on your iOS device, make sure that you're not in Private Mode so that you can view the calendar. To do this, tap the Pages icon (shaped like two squares), then tap "Private."

For more information view the below Apple help document:

On your iPhone:

1.) Launch the Safari app.

2.) At the bottom of your screen, tap the tabs button. It is two white squares on top of each other.

3.) Tap Private on the bottom left to toggle Private Browsing Mode on or off.

If the word Private is in white text, it is off. If Private is in black text with a white background, it is on.

4.) Tap Done in the bottom right corner.

On your iPad:

1.) Launch the Safari app.
2.) At the top right of your screen, tap the tabs button. It is two white squares on top of each other.

3.) Tap Private on the top right to toggle Private Browsing Mode on or off.

If the word Private is in white text, it is off. If Private is in black text with a white background, it is on.
4.) Tap Done in the top right corner.
