If you have a number that you need to block or ban, you can block the number. Blocked numbers will not be able to send you messages via ThinkMessenger, and you will note be able to send messages out, including automated messages.
To block a number, follow these steps:
Open the conversation thread of a number you wish to block.
Click the 3 vertical dots on the top right.
Choose Block.
When a number is blocked, you will see "(BLOCKED)" next to the number in the message thread as in the below image.
If you attempt to send a message to a guest, you will see an error: This phone number is blocked.
If you need to unblock the number, follow these steps:
Open the conversation thread of the blocked number.
Click the 3 vertical dots on the top right.
Choose Unblock.
