Deleting a credit card from ThinkReservations is easy to do. If you have a card retained for a reservation that needs to be deleted, you can do so using the X button next to the card number and name.
To Delete a credit card:
Navigate to the reservation that has a card on file. You will see the cards retained on the left-hand side of the reservation under "CREDIT CARDS."
If there is more than one card on file, find the card that you wish to delete in the list.
Click the X button to the right of the card.
NOTE: If you delete a card that is associated with a customer, that card is deleted from the system, not just this bill/reservation. It's not possible to undo this action.
