The ThinkReservations pages for your booking engine, gift certificate sales page, and policies pages are hosted by ThinkReservations. If you require updating the content of these pages, please notify us via chat, email, or phone.

Please note: Note that this is something only ThinkReservations can perform. We will happily assist you through the process while a member of our technical team provides this service to you.

There are two design requests you can submit to us:

  1. The first is a Restyling request which is a service that reskins or redesigns your overall ThinkReservations web pages. This is done when you have a fresh new website.

  2. Our other request is an Edit request which is a request to make a change to the existing design of your ThinkReservations web pages.


✨ Complete Booking Engine Restyle

The "restyling" request work can be started by our technical team as soon as your new site is live and viewable by your guests online. Until this point, most web designers host the "staging" site while work is being done and approved. We will start work on the new site after it's moved from the staging site to be live.

If you have a new site, use the below button to request a complete booking engine restyle:

Our Restyling service fully updates the style of your ThinkReservations web pages to match the look and feel of your newly designed or re-skinned website. This is needed when your website has an entirely new look and the changes are not just limited to small updates to your existing design. We convert your newly updated website design and reprogram to include your ThinkReservations components such as your booking engine reservation and policies pages. We make sure the menus and links are functional and often rework the code to make sure the booking engine page loads quickly for a great guest experience. There is no additional fee for the service of our technical and design team to perform this work. Once we receive your request, we can schedule the work to be completed with our technical team. As mentioned above, the new design must be published live on your business website in order for us to begin the process. We can typically have your restyling completed within 2-7 business days of receiving your request. We look forward to assisting you and let us know if you have any additional questions.

Pro Tip: Getting a new site? Make sure to also update any relevant content inside your ThinkReservations account, like your logo. Below is a list of suggestions to consider:

  • Business Settings

    • Website URL

    • Terms and conditions, Cancellation policy

    • Google Analytics GA4

    • Facebook/Meta Pixel

  • Booking Engine settings

    • Perfect time to test-drive your booking engine and review your settings.

    • Business Image (make sure to also update your Alt Text)

  • Email Layout

    • Brand colors

  • Email Rules

    • Logo (that shows up on the top of your emails)



📝 Booking Engine Edits

If you have the same design and only need small changes, then you need to request a "booking engine edit".

If you just need edits, use the below button to request booking engine edits:

Our Edit service is the request you want to submit when you need one or more small changes applied to your existing ThinkReservations design. These change requests to your existing ThinkReservations page designs incur no fees and are included with your subscription. Provided below are some examples of Edit requests:

Example: Menu Link Updates

"You have removed a link from a menu and it no longer exists"
"You have replaced a link in your menu"
"You have re-ordered links on your top navigation area"

Example: Business Information Updates

"Your phone number has changed for your business has changed on your website"
"You have updated your email address on your website"
"You have updated your business name and need your text updated"

Example: Update Footer Information

"You need the copyright year updated"
"You have a new policy statement"
"There is a new accolade or award that needs added in the footer"

These types of requests are considered booking engine edits. These requests are submitted to our technical team and typically they are processed within 7 business days of being received.


Web designers: please note we only work with authorized third-party scripts and do not allow unauthorized third-party scripting on the pages we host. We currently integrate with Facebook Pixel, OTA Channels, and Google Analytics as well as some third party products like Triptease and Cartstack (as well as others).
