See your invoices and information about your subscription

To learn about your subscription and review billing information pertaining to your ThinkReservations account, see the Billing page in settings.

Billing

ThinkReservations > Settings > Billing

At the top of the billing page, you will see the Billing section. Here, you can review the existing credit card that ThinkReservations has on file, and an Update credit card button.

Need to update your card on file with us?

If you need to update the card on file for any reason, click the Update credit card button.

In the popup, enter the new card details and click Update. We request that you use this form as opposed to calling in or emailing with your credit card details for security.


Payment history

The table in the Payment history section details all prior invoices made payable to ThinkReservations. Click on any line item in the table to open the invoice and see details about the invoice.

Because of the sensitive nature of these invoices, the Billing page in settings is the only place to see what and how much your account is payable to ThinkReservations, aside from them being emailed to you.

Need to print an invoice for your records?

Click on any invoice in he Payment history section. On the top right, is a Print button. Use this to print our your invoices. You can also "print" to a PDF if needed.


Permissions

In order to view the Billing page, the user logged in must have permissions.

  • Can view billing invoices and receipts

    • This is what allows the user to see the page detailing your ThinkReservations subscription, and review invoices payable to ThinkReservations.

  • Can make changes to billing subscriptions

    • This permission allows the user to make changes to your subscriptions with ThinkReservations.

  • Should receive a copy of every invoice emailed to them

    • Giving this permission allows this user to get a copy of the invoices from ThinkReservations' services.
