At ThinkReservations, we're constantly striving to improve our services and tailor them to your needs. ThinkReservations was build on the feedback of our clients, and your feedback and feature requests are invaluable to us. Here's a look at how we handle your feature requests to ensure they get the attention they deserve.
1. Submitting Your Request
You can submit your feature requests via phone, email, or chat. We encourage you to share your ideas and suggestions - no matter how big or small! We currently log about 30 feature requests each week.
2. Initial Review by Our Support Team
Our support team is well-informed about our development plans for the next 90 days. If your request aligns with something we're already working on, we'll share that exciting news with you! Otherwise, a workaround might be the best bet until a change is made.
3. Adding Notes and Insights
Once received, a customer service agent reviews your request, adding relevant notes and insights. This step ensures we understand the finer details of your suggestion.
4. Customer Success Review and Prioritization
The Customer Success team regularly reviews all requests. They help in prioritizing and adding additional considerations, ensuring that each request is given the attention it needs. It's at this time that requests are also rolled into an existing request.
5. Collaboration with Product and Development
We hold regular meetings with our Product and Development departments to go through the feature requests. Here, we decide on the final disposition of each request, while keeping in mind that requests can always be revisited in the future. The prioritized requests are then added to our product development backlog.
Factors considered in the review process include feasibility, alignment with product vision, potential impact on clients, and the scope of clients that could benefit.
6. Seeking More Information
In some cases, we might need more information from you to fully understand your request. We'll reach out to discuss any open questions and clarify details.
7. Communication Back to You
Depending on the outcome of our internal discussions, we may email to provide you with an update or gather further information.
8. Announcing Completed Requests
When a feature request is completed, we make an announcement via email to all our clients. This is our way of showing that your feedback is not just heard, but also acted upon.
Please note: We appreciate every suggestion that comes our way. While we cannot guarantee that every feature request will be implemented, we assure you that each one is reviewed and considered carefully. Your input plays a crucial role in shaping the future of ThinkReservations.
