AruvoTV offers PMS Integrated TV hospitality software. Follow the steps below to get started:
Navigate to Settings > Marketplace
Find the AruvoTV application and click on Learn More.
If you don't already have an account with AruvoTV, you'll find details on this page about their product and how to reach out to them to get started. Don't continue on to the next steps until you've gotten started with their team. Once you're ready to integrate the two accounts, move to step 3 below!
Click the "Add Application" button on the top left
You will be taken to the AruvoTV settings page, which you can navigate to at any time by clicking on AruvoTV on the left side navigation in your settings menu.
EDIT: There is currently a bug where the link is directing to the wrong place. INSTEAD, please click this link to get to the right page: https://manage.thinkreservations.com/settings/aruvotv
Input your AruvoTV "Token Key" and "Token Secret" then click Connect. (the Token Key and Token Secret must be obtained from AruvoTV Customer Success team).
You will now see the AruvoTV room mapping page like the one below. Use this form to complete the mapping of rooms in ThinkReservations to "properties" in AruvoTV
There is an "Edit configuration" button - please ignore it as it is a bug and won't actually impact AruvoTV at all.
