ThinkReservations allows a user account to have access to more than one property, using the same login email and password. Users can toggle or "switch" into the other account from the bottom left when they have access to more than one property account. Note that permissions are per account, not per user.

Request Access to another property

  1. To request access, contact a user in the account with the permission "Can modify users"

  2. This user will follow the steps below to provide access to another property.

Provide Access to Another Property

  1. Get the login email address of the user that needs access. This needs to be the same email they use to log into ThinkReservations for other account(s) they have access to.

  2. Create a new user with the same email.

  3. You must fill out the password field, but the current user's password will remain unchanged. The provided password must be at least 8 characters, contain at least 1 number, and contain at least 1 symbol. For example: Password1#

  4. Fill out the rest of the form as appropriate.

  5. Set the permissions that this user needs for the new account.
    Permissions are unique per account.

  6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

User account permissions are per account, not per username. This allows a property to give a user unique access to their account. If a user has access to multiple accounts, giving them an additional permission does not automatically give that permission to all accounts they have an account with.

Switching into Another Property

  1. Once you have access to more than one property account, you can switch into a different account using the button on the bottom left."

    1. On mobile, this option is found at the bottom of the Menu.

  2. A Find property popup will appear.

  3. Select the property you wish to switch into, and click the Switch button.

  4. You will then be taken to that property.
