Getting Started with Revinate

Revinate’s data platform and guest communication solutions put hoteliers in control of every step of their guests’ journeys - from initial research to after check-out. We do all this using the communication channels the guests prefer, whether it’s voice, text, email, or web chat. Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Marketplace

  2. Find the Revinate application and click on Learn More. Then click the "Add Application" button on the top left

  3. You will be taken to the Revinate settings page, which you can navigate to at any time by clicking on Revinate on the left side navigation in your settings menu.

  4. Here, you'll see a message notifying you to reach out to our support team to finalize the connection. When you reach out, our support team will submit a ticket to connect your account, and then will notify you upon completion of the connection. This generally takes 2 weeks or less to complete!
