The Front Desk Dashboard is your team's central hub for daily operations. It is designed to help front desk staff and managers instantly answer key operational questions at a glance:
What is the housekeeping status of each room?
Who is currently in-house, and where are they staying?
Which reservations are arriving today, and when are they expected?
Which rooms are ready for an immediate check-in?
Which guests are scheduled to depart today, and do any have an outstanding balance?
Navigating the Dashboard
Access the Dashboard: Click Front Desk in the main menu.
Open a Reservation: Double-click any guest's name to instantly open their reservation details.
Housekeeping Sync: The housekeeping status displayed on the left is tied directly to your active housekeeping task list.
Section 1: In-House & Property Status
Located on the left side of the screen, this section shows all of your property's accommodations. Use the filter at the top to toggle your view between In-House guests, rooms Ready for a Walk-In, or All Accommodations.
This section features the following columns:
Column | Description |
Housekeeping Status | Displays the current room state (e.g., Clean, Dirty, or Occupied). |
Room | The short name of the accommodation. |
Room Type | The abbreviated name of the room category. |
Guest Name | The primary guest registered to the room. |
Dates | The arrival and departure dates for the current reservation. |
Balance | Any outstanding financial balance on the booking. |
Tasks | Applicable daily tasks associated with the room. |
Section 2: Arrivals
Located on the top right of the screen, this panel displays all pending arrivals for the day.
How it works: Once you check a guest in, they will automatically move out of the Arrivals panel and over to the In-House & Property Status section on the left.
This section features the following columns:
Room Readiness: A visual check showing if the assigned room is clean and ready for check-in.
Guest Name: The primary guest's name.
Group Name: Displays the group or block name (if applicable).
Arrival Time: The guest's estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Occupancy: A breakdown of Adults / Children / Pets booked for the stay.
Nights: The total duration of the guest's stay.
Balance: The remaining balance due upon check-in.
Section 3: Departures
Located on the bottom right of the screen, this panel lists all guests scheduled to depart today.
How it works: When your staff checks out a reservation, the guest is removed from both the Departures panel and the In-House list, marking their stay as successfully completed.
This section features the following columns:
Guest Name: The departing guest's name.
Room Name: The room they are checking out of.
Group Name: Associated group or block details (if applicable).
Balance: Highly visible to ensure no guest departs with an unpaid balance.
