What is it? A tool that ThinkWeb customers can leverage to make changes to their websites on their own.

Media Library

What is it? A way for clients to store images (but also other file types) for their ThinkWeb site or for other uses like hosted images in an email).

ThinkMessenger AI Button

What is it? A way for AI to help formulate a response to a text from a guest. The AI has context from the message thread and additional context to help it with the response.

Travel Insurance

What is it? A way for guests to protect their entire trip with travel insurance by adding it on within the online booking engine.

Banned Customers

What is it? A way to indicate a guest profile as banned. A banned guest will be blocked from booking on your booking engine (if email or phone number matches banned profile), and if they book on an OTA the business will receive a notification.

Do Not Text/Do Not Email

What is it? A way to opt specific customers out of receiving automated transactional emails by simply checking a box on the reservation.

Rate Type Date Filters

What is it? A way to adjust the available dates for a Rate Type, overriding what pricing might be available in that rate. Includes support for a rolling number of days on both ends of the calendar. Common use-case is for Derived Rate so it can differ from the availability of its Parent Rate Type.

Dynamic Email Templates

What is it? The ability to adjust the content of an email template based on specific parameters such as booking channel, rate type, booking date, and stay date.

Group Blocks & Group Booking Engine

What is it? The ability to allocate a set of rooms OR room types for a specific group, with an optional “cut-off date” which is the date at which rooms are automatically released to the general public if not already picked up by the group. These allocated rooms can be booked in the PMS using the New Reservation modal, or online by guests if they enter a Group Block Code.

Front Desk Dashboard

What is it? An interactive page that shows the housekeeping status of all rooms, who is in-house, arrivals, and departures for the day. This is a replacement/new version of the previous Front Desk page, not a totally separate additional page.

Housekeeping Module

What is it? A tool that allows staff to assign housekeepers work using credits. Tied to housekeeping status and housekeeping tasks. Includes a Housekeeping Dashboard, improved Assignments Page and Schedule reports, and more.

Updates to Tasks

What is it? Tasks now support multiple statuses. Tasks also now support notes and images. This can be used for basic service tasks like normal, but also for individual housekeepers to manage/track their work for today IF you enable "Sync tasks" in your Housekeeping Configuration.

Cancellation Policies

What is it? Clients can create cancellation policies, and then configure a policy per rate type. If your business is using the regular Booking Engine, this will simply speed up the existing cancellation process so that when a room is cancelled in the PMS, the system will auto-generate an item for Cancellation Fee on the bill, with the $ amount based on the policy tied to the rate type that was booked. (The staff user will still need to take payment or issue a refund accordingly, but they won’t have to figure out what the fee should be). For clients on ThinkWeb, everything mentioned above applies, but you will ALSO will be able to let guests cancel their own reservations online if the guest has a ThinkTravel account. If the rate type booked by the guest has no policy configured, it will simply tell them to call the hotel to cancel. If it does have a policy configured, however, the guest will be able to full cancel online with the accurate fee applied and any payments or refunds automatically processed.
